  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for future updates!

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.
  • Additional Charges: Certain remote locations may incur additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Delivery: Deliveries usually take 3-7 business days depending on your location. For metro cities, the delivery time is often faster (3-5 business days).
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or high order volumes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on our delivery partner’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous material classifications. We will notify you at checkout if an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your location.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt to deliver your package again. In case of repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at connect@petyou.in with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for damaged items.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please inform us at connect@petyou.in. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
